About Westquip

Westquip Diesel Sales Ltd was incorporated in 1981 as an Edmonton, Alberta based diesel engine distributor and custom packaging facility. We specialize in power generation products, and are proud suppliers to the petroleum, construction, agricultural, forestry, mining and geotechnical drilling industries.

Westquip maintains an extensive inventory of engines, generators, spare parts and accessories. Westquip is the distributor for quality diesel engine lines such as Isuzu, Yanmar, JCB, and Hatz. We represent multiple generator products such as Shindaiwa Kwiet Power Generators, HiPower Standby Generators, and Winco Generators. Westquip proudly manufactures of our our line of Canadian built generators, light towers, and water pump packages.

We stock geotechnical drilling products such as Foremost-Mobile and Drilling World augers and tooling, and vibration control products from Trelleborg-Novibra and AMC Mecanocaucho.

In addition to representing these excellent product lines, our facilities manufacture our Westquip brand of diesel and natural gas powered generator sets, water pumps, engine power units, and light tower products. We have a talented staff of dedicated employees providing technical parts, service, and sales expertise to our loyal customers.

In 2011, Westquip expanded its operation by opening a branch in Calgary, Alberta and relocating our head office to a new larger and modern facility in Acheson, Alberta 5 min west of Edmonton.

In 2018, Westquip opened up its third location in British Columbia; it is located in Langley, BC.

These locations allow us to support product sales and service throughout Western Canada.
